On Jan. 30, 2016, Longdi’s annual year-end summary and commendation conference for 2015 was held in the company’s conference room. More than 60 personnel including company leaders and all our staff attended the meeting.
First of all, the work summary of 2015 by all the department heads were read at the meeting. Secondly, chairman Di Jing made the New Year's speech and gave a report on the company whilst defining the company’s development orientation for the year 2016. Based on the efforts of 2015, we shall make joint effort to work hard, face all difficulties, raise working efficient to a further extent, define the development goal and raise management of the company. During the meeting, not only the “outstanding employees”, “outstanding team leaders”, etc. of 2015 had been commended on site, lucky draw with ample awards was carried out as well. At the same time, several awards and lucky WeChat red packet was offered. All these made the meeting atmosphere most warm and the employees were in high spirits. Finally, the meeting ended successfully amid the song of “tomorrow will be better” which was familiar to everyone.
