On the morning of March 21, 2017, the warm spring air gladdened our hearts. Longdi organized employees for a one-day tour to South Hill Bamboo Sea and Yixing’s Dajue Temple, allowing us to be away from work pressure and enjoy the beautiful scenery of nature. In the fresh air, our employees climbed the South Hill Bamboo Sea to experience “getting a panoramic view of all hills at the mountain top” as depicted by a poet. This greatly relaxed our tiredness, and the happy laughter, cheerful voices, mutual help, encouragement and solidarity along the way enhanced our employees’ sense of belonging to the company. In the afternoon, we arrived at the Dajue Temple in Yixing to worship devoutly, pray for health and affluence in meditation and wish our company to become more flourishing.
Although the activity has ended, the importance of teamwork and solidarity was engraved in the heart of all our employees. In our future work or life, solidarity and cooperation are the necessary factors for our progress or success. We need to work hard in the spirit of persistence and solidarity.
